SDCC 2009: Mattel Calls in the Ghostbusters
Just thinking about San Diego Comic-Con prickles the skin. The hordes of hideous ghouls roaming the halls. The squabbling gremlin vendors. The ghosts of sci-fi stars past. Lucky for us, Mattel's bringing the Ghostbusters in to clear out all that horror. They've just released a picture of their first figure in a line of super-detailed, highly articulated Ghostbuster action figures. Hit the jump for more including another pic.
According to Toy News International , the first 'buster up is everyone's favorite nerd, Dr. Egon Spengler. The figure comes with a proton pack and (as a SDCC exclusive) a packed in Slimer figure. Pick it up at Comic-Con and keep an eye out for Ray Stantz's figure, scheduled to hit in September.
