This Saturday, October 17, saw Spike TV's annual Scream Awards ceremony here in Los Angeles (in which -- according to the event's co-producer Michael Levitt -- LA's "Greek Theatre became 'The Geek Theatre'"). J.J. Abrams' reboot of Star Trek took home the most prizes. Other highlights included a Battlestar Galactica cast reunion, Tobey Maguire honoring Stan Lee, and Twilight's Tayor Lautner's unveiling footage from New Moon. New footage from Shutter Island, Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and ABC's revamp of V was also showcased.

Scream 2009 will air Tuesday, October 27 at 10 PM, ET/PT on Spike TV. Be sure to check back here soon, as we'll have exclusive video interviews with the guests and honorees.
