Invasion of Bob Kurtzman's Creature Corps.
FX guru, director, producer, writer and all around nice guy Bob Kurtzman (Formerly of KNB FX and director of Wishmaster, The Rage, Deadly Impact) dropped us a note to let us know that his new line of creature FX from Creature Corps. was a hit at TransWorld's 15th Annual Halloween and Attraction Show in St. Louis. In addition to continuing his FX work in feature films like Jennifer Lynch's Hisss, Kurtzman and his crew are now selling custom creature designs through their Creature Corps. line. "The buzz around our creations has been amazing! People are really talking on the forums about us and how much they dig our work. We had an amazing time at the con and met lots of great vendors and twisted talented artists. It was such a blast being around all the macabre happenings going on and seeing all the different horror creations," says Kurtzman.
Creature Corps is the FX division of Robert's Precinct 13 Entertainment. In addition to designing fantastic creations for the Haunters industry, the Creature Corps Team is currently busy creating FX the upcoming Bollywood superhero film RA-One staring India Superstar Shahrukh Khan, as well as the horror projects Jinn from director Ajmal Ahmad and Sucker with director Michael Mansasseri.
