Diana Returns to 'V'
Let me start by saying that this news might not mean a whole lot to the under 30 crowd. But for those of who are *ahem* of a certain age, and who consider Jane Badler's Diana one of the great sci-fi villains, and worthy of enshrinement alongside Darth Vader, Khan and the Daleks, it's pretty freakin' cool... Former live-rodent-munching lizard leader Badler is set to return to the current incarnation of V as a new Diana, this one the mother of series baddie Anna (Morena Baccarin). More after the jump.
According to TV Guide, when V returns, "we will learn that Anna is keeping her mother prisoner on the mother ship in a never-before-seen section that has been designed to look like the Visitors' home planet... Still stunningly beautiful at age 56, Jane's Diana, who will be a recurring character, is perhaps the only reptilian being who will be able to put Anna in her place."
Suddenly I'm starting to look forward to V's season premiere this November on ABC.
