UK metalcore unit Bring Me The Horizon (looking way younger in this picture, but hey, they're drooling blood) recently launched a bizarre, bloody and vampire-filled mini-movie for It Never Ends – the powerful opening single from their upcoming third album, which is titled... okay, deep breath now... There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It, There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret. But don't worry about remembering all those words on a Wednesday. Just hit the jump and watch one of the weirdest, goriest music videos you'll see this week!

I've had my share of messed-up trips to the hospital, but I gotta say BMTH frontman Oliver (Oli) Sykes is definitely having an off night in this crazed clip: riding in the back of a cartoon ambulance driven by a head-bandaged madman and tended (badly) by a heavily tattooed nurse, our hapless protagonist is pursued by various fanged characters who may represent the darkest aspects of human nature... or maybe they're just standard-issue vampires attracted to those messy geysers of blood spurting from his shredded abdomen (“There goes my lunch,” comments one doctor as Oli's liver flops out). Who the hell knows? Just go with it.

There Is a Hell... is described by the band as a concept album about “humanity's collective good nature... balanced by the darkness and evil that is buried deep inside all of us.” Based on this video, I think they've got that whole darkness-and-evil thing locked down pretty good. Plus, it features a song called Fuck, so they got that going for 'em too.

The new album with the long-ass title reaches North American shores on October 5th, and you can reserve a copy right now at Epitaph Records. But first, check out this splattery bit of inspired weirdness...
