M. Night Shyamalan loves secrecy, and his next feature is no exception. Hollywood Reporter is saying that Shyamalan is shopping around his next directorial effort.  Reporter promises this is not the project he took out this summer, with Bruce Willis, Bradley Cooper, and Gwyneth Paltrow loosely attached - that one has been shelved.  So what is the director shopping around?  Hit the jump for the answer.

The film is called One Thousand A.E. and is described as an "ultra-clandestine sci-fi" project.  It is being developed with Will Smith's production company, Overbrook.  While Will won't likely appear in the film, it is said to be a vehicle for his son, Jaden.  Shamalyman will direct One Thousand A.E., but the script is written by Gary Whitta (The Book of Eli).
