'Dracula' Goes Off-Broadway
Here is something we don't get to report on every day: horror on Broadway. Or rather, horror off-Broadway. For the first time in over 30 years, Dracula takes to the stage in a major production. Hit the jump for more.
Italian actor Michel Altieri will play Dracula, while Thora Birch (Ghost World) will play Lucy. George Hearn, who appeared on Broadway in Sweeny Todd will play Van Helsing. Preview runs will begin in New York December 14th, with the official run starting at the beginning of the year.
