'I Spit on Your Grave' Gets the Royal Blu-Ray Treatment
I Spit on Your Grave - both the original 1978 film and the new, unrated 2010 version - are due out on blu-ray and DVD February 8th, 2011. While I am disappointed that there isn't a deluxe combo set with both films, it still looks like a good release. It is rare that you find a remake to equal the original. 2010's I Spit on Your Grave will include commentary tracks, in-depth behind-the-scenes featurette, theatrical trailers, deleted scenes, and more, on both the blu-ray and DVD. The 1978 film has received an all-new high definition transfer, Dolby TrueHD audio, and a new interview with writer/director Meir Zarchi. These goodies are only going to be on the blu-ray.
