About a month ago we told you about a new web series called Gary's Garden that looked like it took some of its inspiration from Troll 2. Today, the first episode of Gary's Garden hit the interwebs, check it out below.
In episode one of Gary's Garden, Gary takes the advice of a cable gardening host a bit too literally. "The best potting soil is rotting soil." -- Dana Winerott of Basic Living.
Gary thinks his new knack for gardening might impress his girlfriend, Lilly. But when he becomes obsessed with "the plants" and his green thumb turns bloody red, Gary's relationship gets tossed into the shrubs. After a run-in with a member of the "LDS," Gary reaps more than he sowed, and his hobby turns deadly. Pies fly and elders die in this offbeat dark comedy presented in four short episodes - Pot Rot, Porn & Cigarettes, A Perfect Pan of Piping (hot) Pot Pie and The $#*!. Gary's Garden isn't your ordinary rom-com-horror-action-musical-Mormon-gardening flick. Ya dig?
