A New Nemesis for 'Dexter'?
The pieces are all falling into place. First, Showtime revealed the first teaser for the new season of Dexter. Now, TV Line is reporting that Colin Hanks (Untraceable) will join the sixth season of Dexter. It seems likely that his role will not be one of the three recurring roles we posted about last week. So what will his role be? More after the jump.
Well, Showtime is, naturally, being tight-lipped about Hanks's role. Following the pattern of big name gues stars from previous seasons (Jimmy Smits, John Lithgow, Julia Stiles), it seems likely that Hanks will be around for the entire season, but whether he is friend or foe is left to be seen. According to Showtime president David Nevins, "It is not [about] one big bad. There's one interesting story that will move through the season, and it will be cast very interestingly, but it's not exactly that one person."
