Gale Anne Hurd Heads to 'Hellfest'
CBS Films has picked up Hellfest, written by relative newcomers William Penick and Chris Sey. Gale Anne Hurd of The Walking Dead fame will produce the flick under her Valhalla Films banner. The film has a promising title; does it have a promising premise?
It sure seems like it. A killer is on the loose at an amusement park Halloween celebration. The problem is, no one realizes that people are actually dying - they think it is part of the festivities. Seems rife for blood, gore, and general insanity, so I am all-in.
