'True Blood's' New Blood: Peter Mensah
The newest cast member to be added to season five of HBO's True Blood is Peter Mensah. Fresh off of Starz's Spartacus, Mensah joins a huge list of previously-announced new cast members that includes Chris Meloni (Law & Order: SVU), Christopher Heyerdahl (Twilight), Kelly Overton (The Ring 2), Louis Herthum (The Last Exorcism), and Lucy Griffiths (Robin Hood). Mensah will play Kibwe, a vampire originally from Africa, and Chancellor for the Authority, who is working on mainstreaming the Authority.
