According to BD director/writer Ti West (Trigger Man) is involved in the sequel to Eli Roth?s Cabin Fever, it?s a brand new infection called Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever. West has his cameras rolling on indie filmmaker extraordinaire, Larry Fessenden (Wendigo), who is the first announced cast member. Fessenden tells BD reporter Elaine Lamkin, it?s just a cameo, but he is going to die a grisly death - Sick!!!!
In addition to the casting news on Larry Fessenden, there is word that Alexi Wasserwill will also, be joining the cast. Alexi has previously starred in Art School Confidential, Dirt, Factory Girl and more. Eli Roth helmed the original Fever, which followed a group of five college graduates, renting a cabin in the woods, who begin to fall victim to a horrifying flesh-eating virus, O man, I think I have ?Spring Fever?!
