Opening day is finally approaching, on October 17, David Slade?s 30 Days of Night will hit the big screen in hopes of terrorizing his viewers in much the same way that his recent 2006 film Hard Candy did. According to IMDB, 30 Days of Night centers around an Alaskan town that is plunged into darkness for a month and is attacked by a bloodthirsty gang of vampires. The film is an adaptation of Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith?s vampire tale from 2001 and stars Josh Harrnett, Ben Foster, Danny Huston, and Melissa George. Recently, slade did an interview answering some interesting questions about his upcoming film.
According to Forum.newsarama.com, Slade, who?s been splitting time between Los Angeles and New Zealand for the past few months, managed to eke out some time outside of the edit bay to answer a few questions about the coming film.
