After grossing $57,575,616 world wide, teen horror thriller Disturbia has topped the box office charts yet again, remaining at #1 for the third week in a row. Though Disturbia?s overwhelming success has been noted, it seems that the horror genre as a whole had a profitable weekend. Genre films dominated the box office charts with 5 films in the top 10; Disturbia at #1, The Invisible at #2, Next at #3, Fracture at #4 and Vacancy at #8.
