There has been plenty of talk and hope of Sam Raimi being involved in an Evil Dead 4, but there hasn?t been much action? Even though Raimi directly stated that he is currently in discussion with his brother, Ivan Raimi, to help pen the script we still can?t be certain that the film will ever hit production. According to Bruce Campbell, ?Raimi doesn?t NEED to do an Evil Dead 4 he?s got bigger fish to fry.?
According to The Herald Sun, Spider-Man director Sam Raimi says that he?s trying to recruit his brother Ivan to write the screenplay for a third sequel to his indy horror classic The Evil Dead.
?I'm trying to get my brother, Ivan, to write the screenplay with me. He wrote Army of Darkness, the third one, with me and we have been talking about another one, but we haven't started work on it?, says Raimi. Did somebody say, remake? Shudder.
