Hot Fuzz, a gory action comedy from the creators of the hilarious zombie parody, Shaun of the Dead, will be coming to DVD this summer, July 31st. In Hot Fuzz, Simon Pegg, co-writer, plays London top-cop Nicholas Angel who is hated by his fellow officers. The force decides to relocate him to a ?crime free? village where he and his new partner begin to experience big city cop action taking part in gunfights and car chases as they figure out that the small town isn?t really what it seems. The two hour film is accompanied by over one hour of bonus features on both the DVD for $29.98 and on the HD DVD combo disc for 39.98. The features include deleted scenes with filmmaker commentary, outtakes, audio commentary with Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright, storyboards and shorts including The Fuzzball Rally: US Tour Piece, The Man Who Would Be Fuzz, Hot Funk, Danny?s Notebok: The Other Side, Easter Egg Video Clip, and theatrical trailers.
