Who's Lurking in 'The Black Waters of Echo's Pond'?
After hearing about The Black Waters of Echo's Pond at the last Horrorhound Convention, FEARnet has been following closely for updates on the presumed gorefest. Just added to the films cast, which already includes the Crazy Babysitter twins of Grindhouse and Donnie Darko star James Duval, Danielle Harris (Halloween 4, Halloween 5, Rob Zombie's Halloween) and Nick Mennel (Rob Zombie's Halloween) are also slated to appear in the film. Co-written by Gabriel Bologna (son of famed director John Frankenheimer) and Sean Clark, also directed by Bologna, the film centers on nine friends who uncover a game while vacationing to a private island, and "jealousy, greed, hatred, lust, all of the things they keep buried deep inside themselves rise to the surface and come to a boil."
