Raff Chugs Along on ?Train?

The writer director of The Killing Floor, Gideon Raff, was in talks with Nu Image to re-create the film Terror Train. The original, starring Jamie Lee Curtis, featured crazy teens on a party train on New Year?s eve, who were eventually stalked and murdered. Raff has dropped the word ?Terror? from the film, and the remake will now just be call Train.
Raff states that the new film is about a group of athletes competing in Eastern Europe who miss a train due to partying. Desperately needing to catch up to their counterparts, they board another train, and that?s when things start to go screwy. Raff claims that he researched crimes that went on in Eastern Europe, and wrote about that. Is it just me, or does anyone else think Eastern Europe is getting a bad rap these days.
