McFarlane to Start on "Spawn 2"

In an exclusive interview with MTV.com, Todd Mcfarlane has announced his plans for a self financed Spawn 2 film. Mcfarlane is calling this film his ?passion of the anti-christ? and says that it will not really be a comic book movie. He?s writing the script right now and says that it will be something more like L.A. Confidential, with Spawn jumping around the shadows. Though there won?t be supervillians, the film will have a stronger story, with real life events and situations that are tinged with Spawn, and the supernatural. Sounds good to me.
