Matthew Vaughn to Lead ?Thor?
Marvel studios has selected director Matthew Vaughn to head the adaptation of their comic Thor. Vaughn has just wrapped up duties on Stardust, the Neil Gaiman adaptation staring Robert Di Nero. Mark Protosevich, who penned I am Legend, will write the comic book adaptation. This is Vaughn?s second attempt at making of comic book based film. He was first slated to direct X-Men 3 before stepping away for personal reasons. Vaughn also directed the action hit Layer Cake.
