Catastrophe turned Qeetastrophe
After losing beloved family members to cancer, Paul Nicholasi of Dread Central and friend Steve Sievers of Level 27 Clothing teamed up with Toy2R to begin raising awareness for Cancer treatment and give children a fighting chance through an online charity event, Qeetastophe. With the participation of over 40 horror celebrities and 19 bands, Qeetastophe plans to auction off two 16 inch Qee art figures; a Qee Bear signed by genre veterans like Karen Black, Chris Sarandon, Sid Haig, and Tobin Bell, along with a Qee Bunny signed by Van?s Warped Tour bands like Bad Religion, Alkaline Trio, Avenged Sevenfold, and Cartel. The proceeds from both auctions of the 16 inch glow in the dark Qee figures will benefit St. Jude?s Pediatric Research Hospital. Both Qee figures will be up for auction at the end of November after collecting more celebrity signatures.
