When you think ?Dracula,? Philadelphia may not be the first city that comes to mind. But that?s the only place in the world where the original notes to the vampire masterpiece?written in Bram Stoker?s own hand? can be found. Philadelphia?s Rosenbach Museum and Library is currently hosting its annual Dracula Festival Exhibition and Parade, with the notes on display through November 4. The parade, produced by the Spiral Q Puppet Theater, will start this Saturday, October 27 at 5:30 p.m. outside the Rosenbach. All are invited to come, and for those who wish to participate, Dracula-themed costumes will be provided by the puppet theater. The parade will march around Philadelphia?s Rittenhouse Square, and be immediately followed by a shadow puppet presentation of Dracula, courtesy of Spiral Q. Admission to all activities is free to the public, and fun for all ages!
