Director David Dobkin (Fred Claus), aside from signing on to a three year, first-look deal with Warner, has also signed on to direct a big screen adaptation of The Flash. The film, based on the DC Comics superhero, will be written by Craig Wright (Dirty Sexy Money). Though it is not certain yet which version of the hero will make it to the screen, it is known that it will not correlate with the Justice League of America film that sees the Flash as a major player. This isn?t the first superhero film to want nothing to do with the Justice League film, this certainly doesn?t bode well for that collective of caped crusaders.
