Will 'Heroes' Visit 'Cloverfield'?
In the kind of consumer courting we'd call shameless if it wasn't, on a certain level, somewhat charming, Heroes co-executive producer Greg Beeman has posted a whole bunch of photos on his blog (Beaming Beeman)--of his show's cast posing with "Slusho", that mystery drink that appears in the trailer for J.J. Abrams' upcoming Cloverfield. Beeman claims the pics are in the "don't ask/don't tell category"; and that "their cultural significance will become clear in the coming months." Is this crossover forshadowing or just some goofy fan baiting? After all, what fanboy can possibly resist a hot chick with an ice-cold drink?!
