New Blood from ?Hurt?

A spec script for a new horror/thriller, Hurt, has been picked up by Trancas Intl. Films, the production company behind this summer?s Halloween. The script was written by Anthony Grieco (pictured) and Jeff Drongowski, newcomers to the screenwriting biz. The script follows a group of friends who haven?t spoken in a long time; but are pulled back into each other?s lives when one of them commits suicide. But their reunion turns fatal when they learn it was set up to hurt them. The film will mark the directorial debut of Adam Finberg, a recent graduate from AFI?s directing program.
