Fleischer Goes to 'Zombieland'
Variety reported today that Director Ruben Fleischer (Gumball 3000) is in talks to helm a new horror/comedy called Zombieland. The script follows the ?most frightened guy on earth? who takes charge of a group of misfit survivors in a world torn apart by zombies. The title of the film is in reference to a funeral home that gets turned into a theme park called Zombieland. Sony wants to get this sucker started before the directors and actors go on strike, aiming for an April start date. Another zombie comedy? Not done by brits? Oh boy?
