I don't know about you, but I can't resist a good pun. Especially a horror movie pun. Chopping Mall, The Gingerdead Man, I Dismember Mama, Poultrygeist: Night of the Living Chicken Dead. I'm a sucker for all of them.

So, I was pleased as punch to stumble on the Twitter feed #FamilyHorrorRemakes. It combines two of the things I love the most - wordplay and horror -  with family-friendly films into one amazing list of silly and gross titles. Many of them involve evil children. Even better. I picked my top 6 from the list, but they are just the beginning.  It's a great way to waste a few hours at work.
