'Among the Sleep' Promises Toddlers and Terror

I don't remember much from my early years, least of all the age of 2 (except that my mother took a page from ET and potty-trained me using Reese's Pieces), but I can only imagine just how terrifying it must have been.  You're mobile, but still fairly defenseless, and your tiny toddler brain is terrified of everything.  That's the angle that developer Krillbite is taking for their upcoming survival horror game Among the Sleep.  More from G4 after the break.

Among the Sleep will allow players to "immerse themselves in a child's limitless imagination. This is a perspective we all have a distant familiarity with, but few can clearly remember what it felt like."  The trailer below reinforces that sentiment, with the mundane features of a suburban home taking on their own twisted life.  It's unique and terrifying, especially from the helpless perspective of a protagonist that's still in their diapers.

Among the Sleep will be released next year for PC and Mac.
