Graphic artist JC Debroize, one of the designers at French studio Kerozen, has come up with a grotesque (but also kinda funny) typeface comprised of letters that look uncomfortably like living human body parts.

In an interview with design site Fast Company, Debroize explains how he sculpted the letters out of modeling clay, then used Photoshop to map textures of human skin, hair and eyeballs onto the shapes. The textures were taken from photos of various design team members.

“It was not a problem to show an unflattering image of us,” says Debroize. “We laughed a lot making this.”

I can actually picture these being used as teaching aids, twisting the young minds of future horror fans... seriously, wouldn't you play with them?
