Hey all you spooky rockers in or near the L.A. area… are you starting to panic searching for the perfect way to celebrate VD (that’s Valentine’s Day, ya big pervs) with that special ghoul you’ve been stalking? Well, fret not… Coffin Case might have the answer to your woes: they’re throwing a combination “Black Cat Valentine’s Ball” and fashion show from 6 PM on the 14th till 2 AM on the 15th at The Music Box in Hollywood’s Henry Fonda Theater.
As if ogling the Coffin Girls on the runway isn’t enough to put you in a frisky mood, you can also rock out to horror punk and psychobilly jams from the likes of Mad Dog Cole, Barnyard Ballers, The Tabaltix and The Quakes, with additional music provided by DJs Frankie Z, Rockin’ Vic, Satoki and DJ Eser. The event will also include a special tribute to fallen punk hero Lux Interior of The Cramps, who passed away last week.
Go to the Fonda website for more info… but do it quick, or it’s no nookie for you!
