When it comes to horror anthologies, very few have done it better than Stephen King and George Romero, who evoked the spirit of EC Comics with their 1982 collaboration Creepshow. The two titans of horror joined forces again in 1987 with Creepshow 2, this time Romero writing (but not directing) a script based on stories by King. Both movies represent the cream of the crop of horror anthologies - a combined total of eight jolting tales of terror that still delight to this day.
Tomorrow, retro website/collectible art shop Strange Kids Club pays tribute to both Creepshow and Creepshow 2, with a limited edition digital art print that presents the two movies as an EC Comics-style double feature. Featuring artwork by Portugal-based illustrator Zé Burnay, the print measures 18x24 inches, and is limited to only 50 pieces. They will be selling for $25 apiece.
You'll be able to grab one tomorrow over in Strange Kids Club's online shop, beginning at 11:45am CST. Don't miss out!
