The Gizmodo fan blog LEG GODT is devoted entirely to lovers of LEGO and the intrepid artists who transform the building blocks into creations their manufacturers never dreamed of. Last time we visited them, we saw a creepy one-to-one scale model of the Alien facehugger; today we're looking at this fantastic depiction of Japan's legendary giant monster Mothra attacking a city.

This entire scene was designed and built by LEGO enthusiast Olive SeonHer attention to detail and color is incredible, demonstrating Seon's obvious  love for Japanese kaiju films, or at least Mothra in particular.

LEG GOT blogger Tatiana Danger suggested more Mothra LEGO scenarios, such as one depicting the monster in her giant caterpillar form. Of course, Mothra has shared the screen with Godzilla on many occasions (both as friend and foe), so naturally we'd love to see the Big G immortalized in thousands of little green bricks as well.
