Adventure Combat Ops, a live-action war game company formed by former US military personnel (including Rangers, Delta Force, Special Forces, Navy SEALs, and other elite units) is staging a realistic zombie outbreak simulation this weekend in Miami, Florida, and brave participants can sign up to help save the city – or volunteer to portray zombies, if they prefer, with a $100 gift card awarded to the best undead performer.
For $160, participants can deploy with a skilled team of ex-soldiers, all armed with Airsoft pellet guns, to combat a realistic bio-terrorism attack and the subsequent undead outbreak. The war games are scheduled for November 8th through 10th at a location that is currently being kept secret. Their official site describes the event as “an extreme realistic urban warfare experience where we turn the ultimate video game into reality... However, there are no do-overs and you only get one life.”
According to CBS Miami, this zombie war game is the first of many simulated scenarios planned by Adventure Combat Ops, each taking place in a different city every week... and they just might be invading your area soon.
