Norwegian gothic metal unit Theatre of Tragedy are nearly set to unleash their seventh studio album Forever is the World this fall. According to their latest blog entry, the band is currently hard at work mixing the new tracks for the new CD, which is now scheduled for European release on September 18, with dates for other regions (including North America) to be announced shortly. More details below!
The mixing process for Forever is the World is being overseen by Alex Møklebust at Sweden’s Room 13 studio, and will eventually be mastered by acclaimed engineer Bjørn Engelmann (whose mastering credits include Dimmu Borgir’s Stormblast) at his studio, The Cutting Room. Album art and a locked-down tracklist are still forthcoming, but the band has previously revealed nearly all of the ten track titles, including "Frozen” (which the band previewed a while back on their MySpace), "Deadland," "Illusions," "Hide and Seek," "Nine Days Wonder" and "Hollow.”
