Fox is jumping into the ghostly realm this pilot season.  The network has just announced an as-yet-untitled pilot which features a team of private investigators who delve into clients' past lives in order to solve their current problems.  Sounds like this show could go either way – a rockin' Quantum Leap plus CSI with a touch of Medium; or a weak-sauce Lost meets Life on Mars.  But I am encouraged by the director they just signed on: Deran Sarafian.  His lengthy list of TV credits include genre favorites Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the new versions of The Twilight Zone and The Night Stalker.  I hold hope for creepiness.
