Primal Screen Promises ‘Unique Genre Films’

Screen Media Films, the company behind the release of Night of the Living Dead 3D: Reanimation, FDR: American Badass, and internationally, I Sell the Dead, and Trigger Man, announced that it is launching a new horror label: Primal Screen.

“The brand will focus on connecting with fans by releasing unique genre films that literally appeal to their primal thirst for all things horror,” Screen Media president Suzanne Blech said.

The company promises to explore different kinds of deals, “from theatrical to midnight screenings to pure digital distribution.”

Hopefully this means more opportunities for indie filmmakers to get their films world-wide distribution and more chances for fans to see them.
