Human Centipede (First Sequence) gained notoriety last year as one of the sickest films of all time, by bringing new meaning to the term "ass-to-mouth." So naturally, a sequel's in the works. IFC Midnight films has a teaser trailer for Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence), along with an interview with director Tom Six. He promises that part two "gets pretty nasty" and we will get to see a twelve-person centipede. Human Centipede 2 will get a theatrical release in 2011 -- which could cause a lot of edits in order to get it down to an MPAA-approved rating. Check out the teaser after the jump.

According to a press release from IFC, the new evil scientist is a guy named Martin, and the film promises to be "100% medically inaccurate." Jonathan Sehring from IFC commented, “We couldn’t wait for the opportunity to work with Tom Six again, who is clearly a master of his trade. IFC Films had so much fun with the release of First Sequence, we loved watching audiences squirm in their seats as the film set a new standard in the horror genre. We are thrilled to be bringing the horrifying experience of Full Sequence to American audiences through our theatrical and VOD platforms. We look forward to connecting this film to an even bigger audience.”
