Actor Robert Culp died today of injuries he sustained in a fall. The star appeared in such horror films as Santa's Slay and Silent Night, Deadly Night III (and such genre shows as The Greatest American Hero and I Spy). But his best genre work was in a handful of episodes of the original The Outer Limits, including "Demon with a Glass Hand", the tale writer Harlan Ellison claims inspired The Terminator (a credit to Ellison can be seen in the film's end credits), and "The Architects of Fear", which many feel inspired Alan Moore's Watchmen. Watch Culp deliver a very menacing freak-out in a clip from that episode after the jump.
