I don't know where this video came from, or anything about it, but it seems pretty self-explanatory.  A Japanese television show played a prank on an unsuspecting guy, where a ghost appears in the mirror... then busts out of the walls and chases the victim around.  His reaction is over-the-top - he nearly kills himself trying to get away from the Samara lookalike.  Check out the video after the jump.
