Perhaps your mother or grandmother has tiny porcelain figurines sitting on her mantle? You know the ones – they’re figures of small children with giant eyes or ladies in gowns attending a ball.
Sculptor Jessica Harrison’s figures are some weird-world version of the collectibles your grandmother loved. They still depict ladies in classic poses and gorgeous dresses, but they are victims of horrific events.
