The World's Scariest Toilet Paper

Let's see if I can get through this post without devolving into childlike toilet humor (it's not likely). Japan (of course) is home to what might be the scariest toilet paper ever. And what makes it so scary? The roll contains an original tale of horror by the author of The Ring and Spiral.

The Hayashi Paper Co. went directly to author Koji Suzuki with the idea, and he agreed to pen an original story for the roll, called (of course) "Drop." The toilet paper has been on sale in Japan since 2009 where, despite costing nearly ten times what a normal roll of TP costs, the company has sold 300,000 rolls. An English translation is in the works with an eye on the international market. Try as I might, I have been unable to find the toilet paper for sale.

The story is set in a public bathroom (of course), and the story is repeated every 86 centimeters so that those who dare follow you into the bathroom can enjoy the story themselves.
