New Poster for Joe Dante's 'The Hole'
Joe Dante's latest flick The Hole looks to resurrect the great childhood genre films that kids in the 80s' held so dear. Titles like The Goonies, The Gate, Monster Squad, Little Monsters...OK, so maybe not Little Monsters but you get it, right? Combining kid friendly scares with adult themes is always a tricky concept, but Dante has proven himself as a master of not only R-Rated, but also PG-Rated horror. The Hole is definitely one to keep an eye out for, having seen about 15 minutes of the film I can tell you that it looks to be scary, family friendly fun. And the 3-D looks pretty cool too.
