Scott, Alison, and Stiles are all having trouble ever since they died and came back to life in order to save their parents. Stiles is having nightmare upon nightmare upon nightmare, so severe that he is no longer sure when he is awake and when he is asleep.

While Alison, Scott, and Stiles are in their ice baths, they each envision their way to the nemeton, which happens to be the same night Scott was attacked by a werewolf, Stiles was almost attacked, and Alison and her mom nearly hit Scott when he ran out into the street.

Picking up where last week left off, the kids all split up. Derek and Peter take Cora home and worry over her. An FBI agent shows up and asks Stiles some questions about where his dad is. Stiles is less than helpful.

In 1977, a badly-injured man checks into a divey motel called the Glen Capri. He has just been bitten by a werewolf, and tonight is the full moon. As his eyes glow, he shoots himself in the head with a shot gun. The camera pans down - the man is named Alexander Argent.
