The Hunger Games franchise just scored a pretty big win. Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman has agreed to star in the saga's second film, Catching Fire, due out on November 23rd. Hoffman will play Plutarch Heavensbee, "Head Gamemaker for The Hunger Games." Below is the official press release:
