FEARnet SIGNS NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH BUCKEYE CABLESYSTEM
FEARnet Joins Buckeye’s Digital Basic Lineup Starting Mon., Jan. 6, 2014
 
(SANTA MONICA – Jan. 6, 2014) – FEARnet, America’s premier horror, suspense and thriller TV network, has signed a new multi-year distribution agreement with Buckeye CableSystem.  Starting today, FEARnet will be available to subscribers as part of Buckeye’s Digital Basic package, in HD and SD, and through Buckeye’s TV Everywhere platform.  Buckeye services customers in Toledo, OH and the surrounding areas along Lake Erie between Toledo and Cleveland.
“Ohio is home to some of the largest and most popular genre conventions in the country,” said Mike Severino, FEARnet’s vice president of affiliate sales. “We’re thrilled that Buckeye customers and fans there can now experience our network firsthand.”
FEARnet has much to offer their new audience in the month of January, presenting a loaded lineup that boasts a multitude of premieres and marathons. Highlights include the broadcast premiere of the critically-acclaimed MOON on Sunday, January 12, starring Sam Rockwell as a lonely astronaut who finds he is not alone; a MANIAC COP 2 and 3 double feature on Saturday, January 25; and a special “Castle-Vision” Marathon, packed with six of William Castle’s classic films, on Thursday, January 9.
