Lucas Till

Lucas Till (Brett)

Lucas Till was born August 10th, 1990 on an Army Base in Texas. As a child, he moved throughout the South until settling in the great state of Georgia. His talent and charisma were evident early on when he would entertain his family with impersonations, jokes, and more voices than the Cartoon Network. It wasn't long before his mother enrolled him into a local acting school which quickly lead to a series of commercials, TV appearances and finally the big screen.

His first major role was in the critically acclaimed film WALK THE LINE, directed by James Mangold and starring Joaquin Phoenix. Lucas played a young "Jack Cash" in a pivotal role that set the tone for the movie. From there he booked a powerful guest turn on TV's #1 rated drama House, M.D. Soon after, he returned to the big screen in a huge way, starring alongside Miley Cyrus in HANNAH MONTANA: THE MOVIE. He beat out 1000 other actors by putting himself on tape and pretending to be a cowboy. Disney and Miley both agreed that he was the guy and a year later the movie opened up at #1 at thebox office. Riding a horse was easy, but what came next was both a challenge and a dream come true: landing a role as a knife-wielding Russian Spy alongside childhood idol Jackie Chan in THE SPY NEXT DOOR.

In between shooting movies and TV shows, Lucas was picked by Vanity Fair to be featured as one of two young leading men their annual "Hollywood" Edition, coming out this August. He also found time to be featured in TEEN VOGUE?s "Young Hollywood" Edition, photographed by the world famous Bruce Weber. Along the way he picked up three TEEN CHOICE AWARD nominations, including "Best Actor." Whether accepting awards, signing autographs, or getting fan mail from around the globe, he's still the same country kid who would rather spend time with his family than go to a movie premiere.

Lucas also loves video games, surfing, and the loudest music on earth from bands like Mastodon and Rammstein.
