We don’t get much time to mourn Allison tonight because there is still the little problem of nogitsune-Stiles and his oni army to contend with.
Deaton forcefully removes the demon flies from Isaac and the twins, while Scott heads up the “is it Stiles or is it not?” brigade. Noshiko is there with her oni footmen. They inspect Stiles, then disappear. This Stiles is more Stiles than nogitsune. So now the search begins for nogitsune-Stiles, and Lydia.
Nogi-Stiles and his dad face off in Derek’s loft. He agrees to being cuffed, but only because he can snap right out of them. Argent, Allison, and Derek show up, each with their own sort of attack which Nogi-Stiles fends off.
Kira’s mother, Noshiko, finally reveals the whole truth about the nogitsune. First, she is about 900 years old. There was an internment camp at Oak Creek, but it was covered up and evidence and records from the camp destroyed. All because of Noshiko.
Stiles is being committed to the Echo House for 72 hours. It is a mental institution (the same one Barrow was locked up in), and it is his choice to do this - and his dad is freaking out about it.
We got Arden Cho in the studio to discuss being the new girl on campus, discovering her new powers, and the romance developing between Kira and Scott.
We open in Japan, where a high-strung businessman is pacing, yelling at his yes men while waiting impatiently for the vet to arrive to care for his beloved sick wolf, Yuki. That vet is Deaton.
Scott gets a panicked call from Stiles in the middle of the night. Something is wrong with him, he doesn’t know where he is, he thinks there is something wrong with his leg, and there is a stench so strong that his eyes water. He begs Scott to come find him, but makes him swear not to tell his dad.
