Face Off Episode 609
In This Episode…the showdown begins. Original versus Original versus Original.
Emma is understandably pissed at Joe. She hates it at Corbin, but Joe thinks with a bit of finesse, it could be theirs. Micah comes into the mess hall with a special announcement, welcoming Joe, Emma, and Mandy into the family. They are allowed to remove their masks and they are given red jumpsuits.
Nogi-Stiles and his dad face off in Derek’s loft. He agrees to being cuffed, but only because he can snap right out of them. Argent, Allison, and Derek show up, each with their own sort of attack which Nogi-Stiles fends off.
Bradley is staying in Norman’s basement. He wakes her, insisting she tell him what happened. She resists, but Norman won’t help her without honesty. “I killed the guy that killed my dad.”
We open with a flashback to when Glenn and Daryl found Bob wandering alone on the road. He is a shell of a man, existing simply because he doesn't know what else to do.
A pregnant woman and her husband - Dana and Sam - are cleaning up dinner. He offers to go to the pharmacy to pick up her medications while she lays down. Dana reads for awhile, then goes to sleep. As she sleeps, a slithery reptile-like creature climbs the tree outside her bedroom and shoots its long, tentacle-like tongue into the room
The “mosaic man” victim, Roland Umber, wakes to find himself in this hideous pile of bodies. We later learn that a lifetime of heroin use has given him a very high tolerance - the amount that killed other people was just a good buzz for him. He tears himself away from the bodies he is sewn to - literally.
Nadia is in bad shape. She is definitely dying. Katherine vows not to leave her side - but she also refuses to call Klaus for the cure. That would mean outing herself - not a risk she was willing to take. Instead, she calls Wes, who takes a sample of the werewolf toxin and promises to create an antidote.
Elijah digs out the bone dagger from Klaus, then leaves him in the care of Cami because she is the only one he thinks Klaus would not immediately kill on sight.
