A zombie movie with enough camp, off beat humor, blood, and gore to make it one of the great cult classics of all time. I love this one. "there coming to get you barbara"....

I agree with you! I was a Marine returning from Vietnam when I first saw this classic! I didn't sleep at all that night. Thirty eight years later
it still affects me a little, but I still watch it!

I actually met Russ Streiner...he said that line right in front of me...shook my hand and gave me his autograph...one of the greatest days of my life...I also got autographs from John Russo AND GEORGE ROMERO!!!
Night Of The Living Dead(1968)
I met Russ Streiner and John Russo at the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in New Jersey and I turned into a complete drooling fanboy
I purchased my fifth copy of Night of the Living Dead and had both of them sign it. It's in a very safe place right now. I didn't get to meet George Romero, which was a major disappointment for me, but I'm on the lookout.
Night Of The Living Dead(1968)
Night of the Living Dead was a ground-breaking movie that not only remains one of the most popular horror movies of all time, but also brought new life into the lagging horror genre of the time.
Field Reporter: Are they slow-moving, chief?
Sheriff McClelland: Yeah, they're dead. They're all messed up.
Night Of The Living Dead(1968)

i was 7 years old sitting in the front seat of my sisters car, while she and her boyfriend were "doin' it" in the back. the old Sunset drive-in in skokie ill. ( anyone remember that place? if you do write me back)that movie changed the landscape of all future horror, and non-horror films alike. who other than George A. Romero would put a black man in the lead? especially during the racially charged era that was the '60's. the man ( George ) and the movie are two of a kind BRILLIANT!!!
Night Of The Living Dead(1968)
A great piece of cinematic art. Raw, edgy, and very much accurate on human behavior during times of danger or crisis. I saw it when I was 10, and the ending stuck with me for awhile. The 1990 remake was good, but this is masterpiece.
